Highbrook is an award-winning business park in Auckland, New Zealand. The Highbrook master plan celebrates the site’s history, natural attributes, and strategic location. The overall master plan concept creates major new public spaces, increases access to the waterfront, provides new cultural institutions, preserves marine and fishing industry precincts, and provides a mixture of living, working, retail, and recreation spaces. Over the past 15 years, Goodman’s development team has completed around 70 new development projects at Highbrook.
